Jeff Weatherford is the co-founder of the CWF foundation

Jeff Weatherford is the co-founder of the CWF foundation and comes with over 35 years’ experience working in a wide variety of roles that include business owner, actor, director, public speaker, teacher, entrepreneur and script developer. After working in the non-profit sector for many years directing several theatre programs that targeted at risk youth, Jeff’s non-profit practical understanding is an invaluable resource to CWF. As a highly passionate entrepreneur who has successfully founded a number of businesses, most notably Weatherford Estates, Jeff is a firm believer in the power of dreaming big and facing humanity’s problems with innovative solutions on a global scale. In the spring of 2020 during the pandemic lockdown, Jeff was running an online communication workshop. He quickly realized that there was a very special member in the group; Melia Bohler. After hearing her incredible and inspiring journey from extreme poverty to success, and her subsequent vision to start the Catalyst Foundation, he realised he had to be a part of it.
